About Alicry
Alicry Sky is a safe space for everyone.
It was created by myself, a sole trader, selling items I've created alongside craft supplies like beads and charms.
The name Alicry was created with the initials of my grandchildren (Alice, Lewis, Isabelle, Charmaine and Rylan) and it's pronounced AL EEE CRY. I started making and selling jewelleryby accident in 2013, back then it was just on Facebook under the name Buffy's Beadalicious Bauble Boutique but it wasn't long before I started doing markets and fairs and realised the name was way too long for bunting and Alicry was born.
Sadly due to chronic illness I can no longer do stalls or markets but I'm still here online.
I pride myself on posting promptly and every single order is in the postbox within a couple of hours and all are sent tracked so we both know when they arrive safely.
About Beverley
My name is Beverley and I'm known to friends and family as Buffy. I am a mother of four and granny to six. My husband of almost thirty years, is a Royal Air Force veteran and an engineer. We live with our youngest child and four cats.
I create things for the love of crafting, I have a messy craft room because there is always at least one project underway at a time. My mind is a disorganised space full of colour and fun things and my craft space reflects that chaos.
About the world
Thanks to my father and husband both being in the military I've lived in over 20 locations and thanks to my own love of seeing new places, and enjoying the culture and countries of others I've travelled to lots of places around the world.
I was born in Bicester, Oxfordshire and will finish here in Lincoln and after some genealogical research it turns out I have ancestors buried here in Lincoln cathedral itself, my 18th great grandmother was a lady named Kathryn Swindford.
